Here are the steps to leasing space with Centcom Realty Corporation
1. Determine which space you are interested in leasing.
2. Download relevant property information from the Properties Page.
3. Contact us for rental rate and current availability information.
4. Download the Lease Application and Financial Statement files to fill out. If you already have a current financial statement on file, your form should be acceptable.
5. Submit the completed Lease Application and Financial Statement to us, either via facsimile at 972-473-7695 or via e-mail to warren@centcomrealtycorp.com.
6. Once we have reviewed and approved your information, we will send you a draft of the lease to review.
7. Sign 2 original copies of the lease where indicated and initial where indicated.
8. Return 2 signed copies of the leases to CENTCOM along with checks for prepaid rent and security deposit. Once the leases are fully executed, we will return one original copy to you. Only a fully executed lease shall constitute a binding agreement.
