David has witnessed and survived several market corrections including the 2008 tsunami and subsequent financial recession crisis. He has been consistently successful by employing a contrarian investment posture throughout his career. CENTCOM is a two time recipient of the prestigious “Best Retail Redevelopment” award as recognized by the Dallas Business Journal annual Best Real Estate Deals.

Warren S. Houser
With more than 30 years of experience, Warren is President and COO of Centcom Realty Corporation. His responsibilities include asset management and marketing oversight of the company’s retail properties. Additionally, he facilitates construction management and due diligence for acquisitions. He has been with Centcom since its inception in 2003. Warren holds a degree in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, SMU Real Estate Society and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
