CENTCOM can best be described as contrarian in nature and employing a flexible, opportunistic investment style. We seek to identify distressed retail asset situations impacted by a recognizable catalyst from which we can unlock value through our extensive and well-focused asset management.
Our strategy is to capitalize on targeted acquisitions, based on strict criteria, then design and execute our asset specific investment business plan. Primarily this has meant marketing, oversight, risk management and repositioning - aided by capital infusion - that allows CENTCOM to increase the NOI and refinance or exit the investment at the most opportune time.
